Job Description
The Cache County Assessor's Office is seeking an internal candidate to join our team as a Commercial Appraiser Trainee . Under general supervision from the Commercial Property Team Lead or Commercial Appraisal Supervisor, the Commercial Appraiser Trainee performs technical assessment and real property valuation work on a wide variety of real property classifications throughout the County.
The Commercial Appraiser Trainee is a full-time benefited position, generally working Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. All benefits start on the first day! Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401k, Utah Retirement System, 14 paid holidays, and 18 days of Personal Leave in the first year. The pay for this position ranges from $25.37 to $28.91 an hour.
RESPONSIBILITIES
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience: Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; AND
One to two years of full-time appraisal experience or equivalent office environment experience.
